Tracey Goldthwaite

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President for The Steely Group, Tracey spearheads the firm’s Commercial practice and focuses on identifying and placing individuals in leadership roles within Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, New Product Planning, and Patient Advocacy and Engagement, to name a few. She also plays a key role in the Clinical Staffing practice, recruiting top talent of all levels for positions in our core areas including Clinical Operations and Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Program Management.

Tracey’s success in the recruitment and staffing industry spans more than 25 years. She has a proven track record for developing and managing national recruiting teams to deliver strategic recruitment solutions to companies of varying sizes across multiple industries. Additional areas of expertise include client relationship management and team building.

Prior to joining The Steely Group, Tracey served as Vice President for Randstad Human Resources, where she recruited HR professionals across every industry for hundreds of clients including start-ups to emerging growth companies to the Fortune 500.

In addition to her work, Tracey is passionate about her family: husband, John, 4 kids (including twin girls) and their loveable 200-lb. mastiff named Sunny. Tracey enjoys gardening and entertaining, has a penchant for fast cars, and is always on the lookout for vintage Tiki mugs to add to her growing collection.
