Samantha is driven by a passion for continuous growth and thrives by engaging with others. As a Scientific and Clinical Recruiter for The Steely Group, Samantha connects her passion with purpose and gets to do what she enjoys most: meet new people, build meaningful relationships, and help others achieve their professional goals.

Prior to joining The Steely Group, Samantha did full-cycle recruiting for Randstad Life Sciences. Before that, she served as an Academic and Personal Success Counselor at The Citadel’s School of Engineering.

Samantha holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and is currently working toward her master’s in psychology and clinical counseling.

When she’s not working, Samantha enjoys cooking with friends, long walks – rain or shine, watching old movies like Roman Holiday with Audrey Hepburn, and “inhaling life” – experiencing the little things that give her joy.
