Client Partner Associate

Highly responsive and motivated by challenge, Jen is an energetic problem-solver who prides herself on the collaborative relationships she has been able to cultivate and grow throughout her career. An innate ability to pivot quickly along with fierce organizational skills are contributing factors to her success as a Client Partner Associate for The Steely Group.

As an integral member of The Steely Group’s business development team, Jen works within strategic partner programs to determine staffing needs and helps new and existing clients build and strengthen their teams.

“I find great satisfaction in delving deep into a client’s story and getting to the ‘why’ they do what they do,” she says. “Being involved in staffing at a time when there are so many exciting breakthroughs in the life sciences industry is very rewarding,” she adds. “My top priority is being an advocate for our client partners, our candidates, and the Steely recruiting team.”

Prior to joining The Steely Group, Jen served as a Client Services Specialist/Account Manager for Randstad Life Sciences. Before that, she was a Production Area Coordinator for the Spotlight Youth Theater, a non-profit theater arts education program for kids ages 5-18.

Jen’s diverse experience also includes launching a successful Snap Fitness business (she owned and operated two popular clubs in Wisconsin). More recently, in true entrepreneurial spirit, Jen and her husband, Mark, turned their favorite family pastime of off-roading into a successful UTV rental business.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Jen is known for being fun, organized, and always up for an adventure. Like the time she decided to leave the cold and snowy weather behind and put together a plan to move her family to Arizona! She accomplished her goal in 13 months and says she feels like she is always on vacation.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Jen blasting through the Arizona desert on a UTV or hiking a mountain trail with her family. Like most of her Steely teammates, Jen loves dogs and is a pet-parent to golden doodles Bailey and Jaz, and a King Charles mix named Nar.
