Passionate about the power of human capital and enjoys leading bold, strategic change with a lasting impact on people, organizations and industry. Stellar track record of applying policy and procedure nationally that attracts and retains top talent to create an engaged, productive workforce as well as improve performance. Inspiring and engaging communicator who has managed HR teams in 17 locations across seven states.

Decisive¬†multitasker with strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop relationships and support employees within all levels of the organization. Experienced in the development of policies and programs that meet employee needs and increase organizational productivity and efficiency.

  • Payroll and Tax Specialist: Service-driven “big picture” professional with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Whether the concern is the result of the employee, the supervisor or a system glitch, this pro can analyze and understand the problem and solve it quickly. Keeps current on payroll changes and legal updates nationwide; has domestic and international experience reconciling compensation and tax accounts. Currently manages the billings for a large law firm with aggressive deadlines and client details.
